Haigh.

Founder & President

Pioneer of the Paralegal Profession in Ontario.

Michelle Haigh is a Licensed Paralegal and the President and owner of Precision Paralegal Services. With over 30 years of specialized advocacy, she has built a reputation for unparalleled strategic rigor in Small Claims Court, RSLA and liens, and insurance subrogation matters across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

A true pioneer, Michelle was the first Paralegal Bencher to serve the maximum term of 12 years at the Law Society of Ontario — helping architect the regulatory framework that governs the entire paralegal profession in the province today.

Her practice is defined by one principle: every case is an engineering problem. Outcomes are built, not hoped for — through methodical evidence preparation, deep procedural knowledge, and relentless client advocacy.
