Tamara Halket is a Senior Licensed Paralegal with seven years of experience, with a practice focused on Small Claims Court litigation, insurance subrogation, fraud-related matters, debt recovery, and proceedings under the Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA). Throughout her career, she has managed matters through all stages of litigation and has experience handling files across Canadian provinces and jurisdictions.

Lina Afolabi is the Team Lead - Legal Administrator at Precision Paralegal Services. She started with the firm as a student and has since grown into her current role, supporting the legal administrative team and assisting with the enforcement of judgments.

Lina has a legal education and seven years of previous experience in landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on landlords.

In her current role, she has developed extensive experience with judgment enforcement, including garnishments, licence suspensions, skip tracing, and other enforcement procedures.

She graduated with Honours from the Paralegal Program at Sheridan College’s Brampton campus, where she served as Vice President of the Sheridan Student Union. Amalia also represented students at the provincial and national levels as a Secondary Delegate for the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations and Ontario Student Voices, advocating for student interests across Canada.

Courtney O'Gorman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary, a Legal Assistant Diploma from SAIT, and a Mediation Extension Certificate from Mount Royal University. Before transitioning into the legal profession, she spent five years working in the social sector, supporting youth mental health, before gaining valuable experience with the Government of Alberta's court system. Ana Laura Rodriguez Navarro was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She began her career in immigration law, spending three years assisting newcomers and guiding clients through various immigration processes and requirements.

Ana holds a Certificate in Coordinated Pastoral Ministry from Silver Lake College of the Holy Family in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. In 2021, she earned her Immigration Consultant Diploma from Ashton College in Vancouver, British Columbia, and later graduated from Bow Valley College in Calgary, Alberta, as a Legal Assistant.

Since joining Precision Paralegal Services in 2022, Ana has specialized in judgment enforcement and file management. She supports clients throughout Alberta and British Columbia by providing practical and effective assistance with enforcing judgments and recovering outstanding debts. Her experience includes coordinating garnishments, skip tracing, writ registrations, bankruptcy dividend claims, and court filings.

Ana is committed to delivering clear, practical guidance and ensuring clients remain informed throughout every stage of the enforcement process. Tammy Lindemann is an experienced bookkeeper who supports Precision Paralegal Services across both companies. She brings an extensive background in bookkeeping, with particular expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Clio. Her work helps keep financial records organized and supports the firm’s day-to-day financial administration.

Lacey joined Precision Paralegal in 2017.

Lacey supports the Precision Paralegal Team in a limited capacity as our corporate mascot. You can find her lying around the office or supporting team members. She requires regular belly rubs and treats.
