Sepideh Dastranj is the Director of Operations (AB) and a Complex Litigation Paralegal at Precision Paralegal Services. With over 14 years of experience in litigation, legal operations, compliance, and risk management, she plays a key role in ensuring the firm's matters are managed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client service and operational excellence.
Sepideh oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, working closely with leadership to strengthen workflows, support strategic initiatives, and help drive the continued growth of the practice. Her focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and exceptional client service ensures the firm delivers efficient, organized, and effective legal representation.
Alongside her operational leadership, Sepideh manages complex litigation files from inception through resolution. Her experience spans every stage of the litigation process, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, case strategy, procedural compliance, negotiations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation. Throughout her career, she has represented organizations in a wide range of legal proceedings and has built a reputation for meticulous file management, strategic problem-solving, and practical, results-oriented advocacy.
Prior to joining Precision Paralegal Services, Sepideh spent over a decade working in litigation and compliance within highly regulated industries, where she developed extensive experience in dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, contract management, and organizational risk management. This diverse background allows her to approach complex legal matters with both strategic insight and practical solutions while supporting the firm's operational success.

Outside the office, Sepideh enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors through camping and hiking, and spending summers swimming in the beautiful Muskoka lakes. She loves discovering new places and making the most of time spent in nature. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Theo, who is always by her side and never misses an adventure.
